Healthy Banana Pancakes
This recipe makes a delicious breakfast or snack. Could be great for picnics too! I usually give Leo porridge in the mornings but this is great to get toddlers introduced to textures. The recipe is easy with basic and healthy ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.
I just wiz everything up together with a hand blender, then I scoop up about 2 tablespoons of batter into a hot pan. Each pancake should be about the size of your palm.
1/2 cup of oats
And voila’!! Healthy pancake mornings are just good for everyone, not just toddlers.
